    This issue has been there on my mind since quiet some time but off lately its become a topic of concern for me and my girlfriend. Basically the problem is that I take too long to cum. While fapping I can force myself to cum faster but I have been avoiding that since it doesn’t feel natural and trying to find a proper fix for this problem.

    Now a lot of you guys might say I should be glad that I don’t finish early , its definitely good to last for a long time but definitely not a marathon. Especially when you have been going on for a good 30 minutes and still don’t expect anything to cum sooner. It becomes a painful experience for me and my girlfriend so either she asks me to stop or I end up stopping without climax to save her from the agony.

    Anyways I was hoping some of you might be able to help me out with some tips or possible solutions . As of now I have considered following options :
    -Trying to gain some EQ ( if I am close to 7 during the act maybe I am not attaining adequate stimulus of a smaller head.)
    -Lot of people say increased friction helps so maybe gaining girth can help ?
    -Try and stop watching porn completely.
    -Indulge in less masturbation and try to make sure that my grip is not too hard.

    Any help from folks here would be highly appreciated. Someone who’s been in a similar situation would understand my suffering. It feels amazing at the start and in the middle but with 20-25 minutes down the like the passion seems to be diminishing and you know that you won’t be finishing anytime soon.

    From my experience doing kegel holds during sex certainly can make you cum quicker. You could also consider indulging in more foreplay or use some sex toys to spice things up.

    One of the solutions I can think of is maybe find a hotter looking woman :p but I bet that’s not what you are looking for Hahaha. On a serious note you could try some breathing exercise if it helps.

    Increase in girth definitely helps with the kind of issues you are facing . I have seen massive improvements going from 5 MSEG to 5.4 MSEG . I had issues with climax earlier but its much easier now. If you work on your girth , the friction will definitely help you.

    Doing kegel and reverse kegel definitely helps with controlling your erections. EQ should be at its max during sex . Are you sure you are not nervous or something which is causing this. From your posts it seems to me that you are overthinking too much . Try being relaxed. The idea of sex is to have fun instinctively and not overthink at every moment.

    In my case by avoiding kegel routine I can extend the session to longer periods. All you need to is increase the tension when you wish to climax. You may need to tense a few other muscles as well, there are times during my edging sessions where it gets really difficult to finish and one of the approach that helps is by tensing all muscles including thighs, calves and feet as well.

    Thanks for all your suggestions guys. I have started doing kegel and workouts and will keep it going with the hope of gaining some girth. Dedicating next 12 weeks for the routine.

    As far as my edging is concerned it is just for encouraging good blood flow .I keep a very light grip and its more for the EQ over extended spells. Maybe I do overthink at times but the problem starts only after 20 minutes , usually until I am done with foreplay I am totally into the heat and having fun . Its only when she seems to start losing the passion and not seem to enjoying, that’s when I start considering kegeling or other options to finish it off.

    Stop edging so much , its only for stamina control . Too much of PE , edging or any kind of excessive training will result in such issues. A tired dick will give lower EQ which could also result in lengthier times to finish. There’s a limit to which you can work and push your tool too. When I push too much Ive noticed similar results. Maybe you should skip PE for 3-4 days and see the result.

    Ok HouseHouse I shall put a break on the edging. Actually I have been off PE since 8-12 weeks now and its only during this time I have been facing these problems . I continued lurking and reading on the forums but its only last few days I started my PE exercises again. Ive not indudged in any sex also during these days so I guess over training has got nothing to with it .

    I kept up with reading on the forum but only started a PE routine again this week, I haven't even had sex since I started again (busy week) so I don't think its an over-training issue .

    I have resumed my existing routine of jelqing which I used to do for conditioning and alongside I have started doing proper kegels . I am optimistic about seeing some growth in EQ in the coming month which I hope will help with the issue.

    I would suggest you take a break from the exercises for stamina since you obviously have no issues with lasting. You may consider reducing the kegel as well. I last just right, not too loing and not too quick, without any edging and very little of kegel routine . On the other hand the jelqing definitely improved blood flow and also helps with the girth.
