Lecithin and l-lysine for greater semen volume? Reviews?

    Googling has revealed that to enhance quality of semen, one can take Lecithin and i-lysine. Have any of you guys tried these or, any other supplement? If so, how long did it take to actually see the results?

    I have observed thicker cum after taking I-lysine. Not significant but, definitely noticeable difference.

    Apparently supplements containing zinc and L-Arginine have demonstrated increase in semen volumes. Other supplements that have proven to increase testosterone are fish oil like cod liver oil, Vitamins K and D3, Brazil nuts, red meat and egg yolks. Higher testosterone means higher EQ and semen quantities.

    Both have different purposes. To make more semen, take I-lysine. For shooting thicker and more viscous semen, it is lecithin.

    I have started taking Maca root extracts and found immediate changes. The volumes have gone up significantly that my wife noticed that her tank is getting completely topped up every time.
    As a further improvement, I have ordered some sunflower based lecithin.

    Interesting! How does this maca root work? How does it interact with our system??

    I came across one research report out of Peru that showed a 25% increase in semen volume after taking maca root extracts. It was a limited study that involved few subjects, not like a full-fledged clinical trial.
    Exactly how maca works, I have not come across any clear explanation. But Maca has been documented to have the ability to catalyze certain functions and hormones concerned with reproduction. Men who consume maca have been proven to have an increase in healthy sperm and libido.

    Swedish flower pollen worked wonders for me. I found significant increase in my orgasm intensity and my semen volumes jumped. Try it, you wont regret it.

    Too much of anything would be bad. Arginine improves sperm motility if that is important to you. Lysine in excess, will impact the amount of arginine in your body. So do watch out for reasonable quantities. Some of the other supplements that affect the semen viscosity and volume are Lecithin, Zinc and Selenium.

    1) To increase Volume: Take maca root extracts, water, Omega 3 supplements.
    2) To increase thickness or viscosity: Take lecithin, maca root extracts.

    Let me add some additional information - Lecithin can be quite nasty for some people by causing depression and dopamine sensitivity. Your body may not be in that type but, I suggest that once you start taking lecithin, you observe for mood swings etc., just in case, as with any supplements that you take. Of the lecithin available, there has been negative feedback / reports on soy based lecithin. Better stay away from that.
